What you're seeing are 4 of six new tattoos, painstakingly designed by Ramses Meredith of Égoïsme, which are now available for purchase in the Lotus Ink section of Midnight Lotus.

Keep in mind, as with all Lotus Ink products, the Égoïsme design does require the Lotus Cock Evolution, gold edition.

Sadly, the above photo does not do the tattoos justice. They truly look amazing and not like the usual tats you find on the grid. You know the kind. The ones that look like you lost a fight with a rogue fountain pen....Seriously, you should TP over to observe the quality for yourself.

I am proud to announce that after three years of playing SL, (and several months of research and development) I have finally become....insert jarring chord here....A Content Creator!

My first foray into running an SL biz, "Comic To Tragic Gestures", is finally up and running and can be found at Midnight Lotus for your amusement! :) Yay!

Okay, I'll admit, the signage is crude, my photo skills are meh, and it's not as grand a shopping experience as Armidi Gisaci. But yannow what? I wanted to start small, that way I can grow in whatever direction time takes me, and ultimately you'll enjoy the gestures I've made. :)

Now a few words about the permissions themselves...actually two words: "Transfer Only". I thought for a long time about what perms to give the gestures. Maybe it's because Rich Palmer's clever Bob Marley filk, \"No Copy/No Mod\", is playing in my head like a broken record, that I decided to deem the gestures "transfer only".

It is easy to demo each gesture on the vendor. In the immortal words of The Fonz, "just sit on it". The vendor will play the gesture that is currently in the queue. When you wish to advance to the next one, simply click the arrows. Otherwise the vendor will continue playing the same gesture over (and over). When you find the gesture you want, right click on the vendor and select, "Pay". That's it!

I'll keep you posted as to when more gestures are added. In the meantime, have fun and thank you for visiting "Comic To Tragic Gestures" at Midnight Lotus. :-D

Now, had I my way, I'd have turned all of Midnight Lotus into a frozen, whipped cream, Narnia-esque winter wonderland! However, due to the fact that Hasuko would've had my head had I pulled such a stunt, I was forced to limit my Snow Queen sorcery to a wee portion of the sim! ;)

And what Holiday scene would be complete without prezzies under a tree?! We've put out some special goodies just for you, dear customers! During your visit to Midnight Lotus, mosey on over the bridge from the TP point to the Holiday section and purchase your free gift for L$0. You'll find the gifts next to the, um, perverted snowpeople. (You can't miss 'em. Trust me on this one! O.O)

I would've happily flown over the sim in a helicopter and dropped presents and candy canes on all of you....but then I'd run the risk of hitting some of you in the head and that would hurt, so this is the most user-friendly method I could think of....

Once again, the Linden gods have farted in my general direction and will not let me post the events for this Thursday's Grand Opening at Midnight Lotus :-(

Anyway, dear readers, here is the announcement that was sent out via Group Notice earlier today via the good Madame Kuramoto herself:

SAVE THE DATE! Midnight Lotus celebrates the opening of its new sim all day Thursday, August 21!

We have dj's playing at our Tantra Lounge at 10am, 12pm, 4pm and 6pm, and a 7Seas fishing contest by the beach at 2pm.

Come down, bring friends! We will have prizes and surprises. If you haven't been to the new sim, you should visit as we now have a lot more area to play in!

Remember that Midnight Lotus is a clothing optional resort so feel free to leave your clothes and inhibitions at the door! Enjoy!

Here is the schedule of events:
10am-12pm SLT: "Best in Bellydance with DJ Terry Stilman!" Come listen to the sexy, ethereal mix of arabic dance and trance music. So put on your sexiest bellydance outfit, your favorite silks, or whatever, and come compete for the L$500 prize! This event will be held in the Tantra Lounge.

Noon-2pm SLT: "Best in Tats with DJ Natallya Ares!" Don your most creative tats! You know, the ones that you love so much because they adorn your bod so nicely? ;-) L$500 to the winner! This will be held in the Tantra Lounge.

2-4pm SLT will be the 7Seas Tournament, so be sure to grab your rod (no, not *that* rod, the *other* one!) and compete in three contests. Cash prizes for the winners! No worries if you do not have a 7Seas fishing pole, one can be obtained from the Gear Vendor on the sim. At Midnight Lotus on the Beach.

4-6pm SLT: "Best in Leather or Lycra with DJ Hy Gynoid!" Yes, we're giving you the option here ;-) L$500 to the, um, *shiniest*!

6-8pm SLT: "Best in Arrrr! with DJ GoSpeed Racer!" It's a pyrate contest! A booty of L$500 to the best-lookin' in piratical wear! Dig out your hook, peg leg, boots, parrot (I hope you've been feeding him!) This will also be held in the Tantra Lounge.

As you can see, there's a lot going on that day. It's gonna be very busy and fun, and we hope to see you all there. :) You don't have to be a member of the group to come on out and enjoy the day :-D However, if you wish to become a member, bug me or Hasuko and we'll hook you up with a group tag.

We cordially invite you to the Midnight Lotus region as we partake of said rejoicing in the form of an All-Day Grand Opening. The celebration will be held this Thursday, August 21st (or, 21 August if you prefer)

Festivities will include: a region-wide treasure hunt, dancing and musical entertainment in the Tantra Lounge provided by various DJ's, a 7Seas tournament (it seemed to be a good idea, yannow, since, like, the place has a beach with like, water and all...)

OH! and did I mention THE SHOPPING!?

There is a plethora of other stores there for you to sate your acquisitive desires, including: Negko Designs, VenDetta, Alyssa Bijoux Jewelry, and much more!

And when it's time for you and that special someone to get out of the sun, there are all sorts of hidden and sexy places to find and explore in, and well...ahem. ;-)
